How do I pay for my vehicle?
You can pay cash or cheque on the day or you can pay via your credit or debit card using PayPal, which is totally secure.
How far in advance can I book my transport ?
All bookings need to be made in advance with as much lead time as possible. Online bookings should be made at least 5 days in advance, and for transport required within that time period please call us on the telephone number provided to confirm availability. Most clients book transport as soon as their flights have been confirmed, sometimes months in advance. We operate a booking system up to 12 months in advance.
Are the prices per passenger or per vehicle?
All our charges are per vehicle and not per passenger, up to a maximum of 4 passengers. There are small supplements for groups of 5 and 6 passengers due to extra fuel consumption, and for larger groups we carry a trailer on the MPV for luggage to provide maximum cabin comfort.
Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
No. Our drivers monitor your return flight into the UK online, and will always arrive at the airport as your flight lands. Please make sure you provide your flight number and arrival time when a booking is confirmed.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
It is vital that you provide your contact mobile number when confirming a booking. Your driver will text you to confirm they are in position to meet you, and arrangements will be made on where to meet, depending on which airport and terminal you are flying in to.
Meet and greet services are included at NO EXTRA CHARGE, and your driver will meet you with a name board inside the arrivals lounge if you require this service. Many of our clients find it actually quicker to be collected outside the terminal building once they have collected their luggage.
Are your drivers qualified and regulated?
All drivers working for our company are fully qualified and registered with the local licencing authorities to comply with all legislation and liability issues, and all our vehicles are insured accordingly. They have vast experience of the nation’s roads, as well as an excellent knowledge locally of the airports including which terminals are used by each airline.
Do you take on company contracts?
Yes we do take on company contracts, and have a number in place already with local businesses. Please email your requirements across and we will respond within 24 hours. We welcome corporate clients particularly, and with the specific vehicles we operate, we are able to provide an executive level of service. We are happy to invoice your business for payment on account, subject to our standard terms.
